摘 要:针对材料粘合性能对服装材质的影响进行了分析,研究结合试验需求,对不同试样的基布类型以及涂层类型进行了设计,以一定的压烫条件对不同面料和粘合衬进行压烫处理,制备出粘合衬/面料复合材料。力学性能测试,评价粘合衬与被粘合的面料的粘合牢度。对不同试样的粘合衬剥离之后局部情况进行扫描。结果表明,在试样为无涂层的尼龙坯布和涤纶坯布的时候,涂层织物聚酰胺和聚氨酯对织物与粘合衬之间剥离力大小影响不明显。不同类型粘合衬剥离力对聚酰胺涂层面料存在一定的差异,剥离力最大的为聚氨酯,其次为聚酯,剥离力最小的为聚酰胺。粘合衬与聚酰胺涂层面料在发生剥离后,粘接胶体会覆盖于面料的表面。在不同功能助剂类型和含量下,对应的剥离力大小也存在一定的差异。添加不同含量功能助剂后,复合材料的剥离力虽下降,但幅度并不明显。在聚酰胺涂层中添加有机硅柔软剂和有机硅滑爽剂后,复合材料的剥离力并不会出现明显的改变。The impact of material adhesion performance on clothing materials was analyzed.Based on experimental requirements,different substrate and coating types of samples were designed,and different fabrics and adhesive linings were pressed under certain pressing conditions to prepare adhesive lining/fabric composite materials.Me⁃chanical performance tests were conducted to evaluate the adhesion fastness between the adhesive lining and the bonded fabric.The local conditions of different samples and the adhesive lining after peeling were scanned.Through experiments,it is found that when the samples are uncoated nylon and polyester fabrics,the effect of coated fabrics such as polyamide and polyurethane on the peeling force between the fabric and the adhesive lining is not signifi⁃cant.There are certain differences in the peeling force of different types of adhesive linings on polyamide coated fab⁃rics.Among them,polyurethane has the highest peeling force,followed by polyester,and polyamide has the lowest peeling force.After peeling off between the adhesive lining and polyamide coated fabric,the adhesive gel will cover the surface of the fabric.There are also certain differences in the corresponding peel strength under different types and contents of functional additives. After adding different content of functional additives,although the peelingforce of the composite material decreases,the decrease is not significant. After adding silicone softener and siliconesmoothing agent to the polyamide coating,the peeling force of the composite material does not show significantchanges.
