摘　　要：提出以一种新型的生物止血材料——生物蛋白胶,并对该生物蛋白胶的粘附性能和临床应用效果进行研究。结果显示:在材料性能方面,应用本生物蛋白胶后,创口出现大量的血小板聚集,表现出良好的粘附性能;在临床试验方面,剖宫产术后止血中,在常规止血处理基础上,应用生物蛋白胶获得更好的止血效果,并促进了术后恢复和术后满意度。In order to improve the hemostatic effect after cesarean section,a new type of biological hemostatic ma⁃terial-biological protein glue is proposed,and the adhesion performance and clinical application effect of this bio⁃logical protein glue are studied.The results show that in terms of material properties,the application of this biologi⁃cal protein adhesive result in a large amount of platelet aggregation at the wound,demonstrating good adhesion per⁃formance.In clinical trials,in post cesarean section hemostasis,on the basis of routine hemostatic treatment,the application of medical bioprotein glue to patients has achieved better hemostatic effects and promoted postoperative recovery and satisfaction.
