摘 要:为了降低建筑能耗量,对新型保温混凝土在装配式建筑中的应用进行了探究。利用正交实验以及矩阵分析的方法,对各种配比下的混凝土材料的各种性能参数进行对比分析,选出各种性能最优的新型混凝土材料,利用相关的软件,对不同温度下所选定的新型保温混凝土材料的温度场、温度应力/应变进行分析。结果表明:伴随着聚丙烯纤维含量的增大,抗压性能先增大后下降,导热系数相比于传统的混凝土材料有所下降;但仍能保留传统的煤矸石保温混凝土强度大等优良特性。In order to reduce building energy consumption,the application of new thermal insulation concrete in pre⁃fabricated buildings was explored.Using the methods of orthogonal experiment and matrix analysis,various perfor⁃mance parameters of concrete materials with various proportions were compared and analyzed.The new concrete mate⁃rials with the best performance were selected,and the temperature field,temperature stress and strain of the selected new thermal insulation concrete materials at different temperatures were analyzed by using relevant software.The re⁃sults showed that with the increase of polypropylene fiber content,the compressive performance first increased and then decreased,and the thermal conductivity decreased compared with traditional concrete materials.However,it still retained the excellent characteristics of high strength of traditional coal gangue thermal insulation concrete.
