摘  要:研究了国产T800H碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料湿热处理前后力学性能,并通过扫描电镜观察湿热后复合材料界面结合状态。结果表明,国产T800H碳纤维表面有沟槽,粗糙度大,有利于纤维与树脂形成更好的物理结合。同时,国产T800H碳纤维表面有活性官能团,有利于纤维与树脂形成更好的化学结合。国产T800H碳纤维与树脂基体的界面结合强度高,微观界面剪切强度可达56.38 MPa。湿热处理后复合材料力学性能略有下降,0°压缩强度及开孔压缩强度保持率66%以上,层间剪切强度保持率47%,表明国产T800H碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料具有较好的耐湿热性能。The mechanical properties of domestic T800H carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites before and after hy⁃grothermal treatment were studied,and the interface bonding state of the composite after wet heat was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that there were grooves and large roughness on the surface of do⁃mestic T800H carbon fiber,which were conducive to the formation of better physical combination between fiber and resin。。At the same time,the active function groups on the surface of the domestic T800H carbon fibers were conducive to the formation of better chemical bonding between fiber and resin。Therefore,the interface bonding strength of domestic T800H carbon fiber and resin matrix was high,and the micro interfacial shear strength could reach 56.38 MPa.Mechanical properties of domestic T800H carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite decreased slightly under hygrothermal environment,the performance retention rate of the 0°compressive strength and open hole com⁃pressive strength was more than 66%,the retention rate of interlaminar shear strength was 47%,indicating that do⁃mestic T800H carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite has good hygrothermal performance.
