摘  要:针对传统文化艺术墙涂层复合颜料的疏水性能和环保性能,提出一种新型超疏水复合颜料的制备、试验。首先对复合颜料的制备工艺进行优化,然后对优化工艺后颜料的性能进行研究。结果表明,在四乙氧基硅垸(TEOS)和十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)用量均为0.14 mol/L,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为24 h的条件下制备的复合颜料表面接触角最高达到了160°,滚动角最低为4°,表现出良好的超疏水性能。将超疏水复合颜料喷涂于载玻片上制备涂层,Sep/MB@POS复合颜料滤液颜色接近于无色,在650 nm处最大吸光度值接近于0,在经过不同恶劣条件处理后的Sep/MB@POS复合颜料,表面接触角最低不低于154°,滑动角最高不高于5.0,涂层附着力可以达到5B标准,在经过1500次磨损后,接触角仍旧高于150°,滚动角仍未超过10°,表现出良好的超疏水性能和综合性能。A new type of superhydrophobic composite pigment is proposed to address the poor hydrophobicity of tra⁃ditional children’s art environmentally friendly wall pigments.The experiment first optimized the preparation pro⁃cess of composite pigments,and then studied the performance of the pigments after optimizing the process.The ex⁃perimental results showed that the composite pigment prepared under the conditions of both TEOS and HDTMS dos⁃age of 0.14 mol/L,reaction temperature of 50℃,and reaction time of 24 hours had a maximum surface contact an⁃gle of 160°and a minimum rolling angle of 4°,exhibiting good superhydrophobic performance.Sprayed superhydro⁃phobic composite pigments onto glass slides to prepare a coating the color of the composite pigment filtrate,Sep/MB@POS was close to colorless,and the maximum absorbance value at 650 nm was close to 0.After different harsh conditions,Sep/MB@POS Composite pigment,with a minimum surface contact angle of 154°and a maximum slid⁃ing angle of 5.0,the coating adhesion could reach the 5B standard.After 1500 abrasions,the contact angle still ex⁃ceeded 150°and the rolling angle still did not exceed 10°,demonstrating good superhydrophobic performance and comprehensive performance.
