摘　　要：提出一种新型医用高分子材料透明质酸钠/碳化二亚胺改性的制备。试验首先对材料配比进行优化,然后对优化后材料性能进行研究。结果表明:透明质酸钠与碳化二亚胺比例为2∶1;羧甲基淀粉钠质量浓度为6%,且与透明质酸钠凝胶的比例为1∶3时,制备的可吸收止血膜性能最佳。该材料对金黄色普通球菌的抑菌率超过95%,溶血率低于5%,表现出良好的抗菌性、抗氧化性和血液相容性。将该材料用于LDH手术创口,手术创面即刻止血率为93.33%,血红蛋白降低值和引流量分别约为1.63 g/L和35.63 mL,术前和术后凝血指标无显著差异,表现出良好的治疗和护理应用效果。The preparation of a new medical polymer material using sodium hyaluronate/carbide diimide is pro⁃posed.The experiment first optimized the material ratio,and then studied the performance of the optimized materi⁃al.The experimental results showed that the prepared absorbable hemostatic film had the best performance when the ratio of sodium hyaluronate to carbide diimide was 2∶1;the mass concentration of sodium carboxymethyl starch was 6%,and the ratio to sodium hyaluronate gel was 1∶3.This material had an antibacterial rate of over 95%against Staphylococcus aureus,and a hemolysis rate of less than 5%,showing good antibacterial,antioxidant and hemocompatibility properties.The material was used for LDH surgical wounds,and the immediate hemostasis rate of the surgical wound was 93.33%.The hemoglobin reduction value and drainage flow rate were about 1.63g/L and 35.63mL,respectively.There was no significant difference between postoperative and preoperative coagulation in⁃dex,and there was no significant difference in preoperative coagulation index,indicating a good treatment and nurs⁃ing application effect.
