摘  要:为探究装配式建筑用化学灌浆材料在制备中不同材料参数配比对于强度等性能的影响,选择硅酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,配合陶粒、河砂等骨料及矿物掺和料,完成制备方法及灌浆试件的性能测试方法的设计。采用正交实验优化灌浆材料的制备配比,将水胶比、胶砂比、矿物掺和料掺量作为正交实验中的变量因素,分析不同水平下的试件相关性能。研究结果表明,当水胶比为0.19、胶砂比为1.14、矿物掺和料掺量为0.20%时得到的试件性能最佳,对应配比为水泥750 g、砂810 g、PVA120 g、水213 g时,试件力学性能最优、竖向膨胀率及自由沁水率最佳。In order to explore the impact of different material parameter ratios on the strength and other properties of fabricated building chemical grouting materials during preparation,Portland cement was selected as a cementing material,along with aggregates such as ceramsite,river sand,and mineral admixtures,to complete the design of preparation methods and performance testing methods for grouting specimens.Orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the preparation ratio of grouting materials.The water cement ratio,cement sand ratio,and mineral admix⁃tures were used as variable factors in the orthogonal experiments to analyze the relevant properties of specimens at different levels.The results show that when the water cement ratio is 0.19,the cement sand ratio is 1.14,and the mineral admixture content is 0.20,the test piece has the best performance.When the corresponding ratio is 750g of cement,810g of sand,120g of PVA,and 213g of water,the test piece has the best mechanical properties,vertical expansion rate,and free bleeding rate.
