摘 要:针对覆土式储罐涂层缺陷部位受废水影响出现锈蚀,进而造成储罐寿命短的问题,提出阴极电位法对储罐基体进行保护。探究了阴极保护的规律及保护机理。试验结果表明,废水与缺陷涂层的作用时间越长,对材料的腐蚀越严重,涂层和基体的耐腐蚀性能越差。在基体表面施加外加电压后,材料的耐腐蚀性能得到明显提升。当阴极保护电位为-850 mV时,基体发生腐蚀的难易值(Rf)明显高于其他阴极保护电位,此时金属基体本身的化学稳定性较高,整体表现出较好的耐腐蚀效果。通过-850 mV阴极保护电位的作用,能有效改善的储罐缺陷涂层部位的腐蚀情况,增强储罐寿命。In view of the problem that the coating defect of traditional wastewater storage tank is affected by waste⁃water and rusts,resulting in short service life of the tank,the cathodic potential method was proposed to protect the tank substrate.The law and mechanism of cathodic protection were explored.The test results show that the longer the interaction time between the waste water and the defective coating,the more serious the corrosion of the materi⁃al,and the worse the corrosion resistance of the coating and the substrate.The corrosion resistance of the material is obviously improved after the applied voltage is applied on the surface of the substrate.When the cathodic protec⁃tion potential is-850 mV,the difficulty value(Rf)of corrosion of the matrix is significantly higher than other cathod⁃ic protection potentials.At this time,the chemical stability of the metal matrix itself is higher,and the overall corro⁃sion resistance is better.Through the action of-850 mV cathodic protection potential,the corrosion of the defective coating part of the storage tank can be effectively improved and the service life of the storage tank can be enhanced.
