摘  要:某项目基坑深约40 m,紧邻营运中地铁隧道,场区有富水次生断裂带。为避免基坑开挖造成场区地下水位下降而对营运中地铁隧道造成危害,项目对基坑围护结构地连墙以下进行帷幕注浆止水。基坑周边帷幕注浆布置三排孔,紧邻地铁隧道侧注浆过程中加强对隧道的变形监测,断裂带及其影响范围进行注浆封底。该项目解决了钻孔精度、浆液扩散、隧道变形监测与控制等技术难题,检测及基坑开挖结果证明,帷幕止水效果良好。The foundation pit of a project is about 40 m deep,close to the subway tunnel in operation,and there is a water-rich secondary fault zone in this area.In order to avoid harming the subway tunnel in operation due to the groundwater level drop caused by the foundation pit excavation,curtain grouting is carried out under the diaphragm wall of the foundation pit supporting structure.The curtain grouting around the foundation pit is arranged with three rows of holes,the deformation monitoring of the tunnel is strengthened during the grouting process near the subway tunnel side,and the fracture zone and its affected area are sealed by grouting.The project solves technical problems such as drilling accuracy,slurry diffusion,tunnel deformation monitoring and control,and the results of detection and foundation pit excavation prove that the curtain waterproofing effect is good.
