摘 要:在黑龙江省苇河林业局青山种子园,以1988年黑龙江省苇河林业局营建的红松(Pinus koraiensis)自由授粉子代家系测定林为试验林,采用完全随机化区组设计,单行小区8株,5次重复,株行距1.5 m×2.0 m;以117个红松半同胞家系为研究对象(1个对照的种子来源于当地生产,其余116个家系来源于黑龙江省鹤北林业局红松天然林优树),分别测定林龄25、27、34 a的红松半同胞家系子代测定林胸径性状;采用变异分析、方差分析、多重比较、遗传参数估算、相关分析、稳定性分析及育种值估算,分析红松半同胞家系胸径性状遗传变异规律,筛选优良家系。结果表明:不同林龄时期,胸径性状存在不同程度变异,平均变异系数为21.22%,家系间胸径差异均达到极显著水平。胸径性状主要受遗传效应、遗传与环境协同效应的影响;相同年份内家系遗传力均高于单株遗传力,在不同年份早晚相关性表现为极显著正相关,遗传相关系数和表型相关系数均较大。通过稳定性分析,获得稳定性综合评价好的6个家系。对子代家系胸径性状,在不同林龄时期的生长表现进行综合分析与评价,依据34年生时胸径性状表现,以10%的入选率筛选出11个优良家系。In the Qingshan Seed Garden of the Reed River Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province,117 Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis)semi-sibling lines were studied in a single-row plot of 8 plants with 5 replications and a spacing of 1.5 m×2.0 m,using a free pollinated P.koraiensis offspring line assay forest established by the Reed River Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province in 1988 as the test forest.The remaining 116 lines were sourced from the Hebei Forestry Bureau,Heilongjiang Province,to determine the diameter at breast height traits of the offspring of P.koraiensis semi-sibling lines at 25,27 and 34 a of forest age.The genetic variation in the diameter at breast height traits of P.koraiensis semi-siblings was higher than that of the other families.There were different degrees of variation in breast diameter traits at different stand ages,with an average coefficient of variation of 21.22%,and the differences in breast diameter between lines were all highly significant.The genetic power of family lines was higher than that of individual plants in the same year,and the early and late correlations in different years showed highly significant positive correlations,and the genetic and phenotypic correlation coefficients were both higher.Through stability analysis,6 lines with good overall stability evaluation were obtained.The growth performance of the offspring lines at different stand ages was analyzed and evaluated,and 11 good lines were selected at a rate of 10%with their performance at 34 years of age.
