摘  要:为评价连翘属(Forsythia)植物资源的抗寒性,筛选抗寒种质,以10个连翘属种和品种为材料,测定了露地越冬期间1年生枝条的相对电导率、可溶性糖质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化和越冬期间枝条水培萌发的情况,越冬后调查了植物的田间表现。利用隶属函数法对10种连翘抗寒性综合评价排序由强到弱为:东北连翘、‘Courtaneur’、‘Courtasol’、朝鲜连翘、‘Kumsum’、连翘、‘Spectabilis’、‘Goldrausch’、‘Lynwood’、‘Courtalyn’。越冬后10种连翘的田间表现和上述排序结果基本相符合。In order to evaluate the cold resistance of Forsythia germplasm resources and screen cold-resistant Forsythia,ten Forsythia species and cultivars were used to test the changes in the relative conductivity,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,SOD activities and POD activities in annual shoots during overwintering period,as well as the germination of annual shoots,and the field performance of plants was investigated after overwintering.Using the membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the cold resistance of 10 species of Forsythia,the ranking from strorg to weak is as follows:F.mandschurica,‘Courtaneur’,‘Courtasol’,F.koreana,‘Kumsum’,F.suspensa,‘Spectabilis’,‘Goldrausch’,‘Lynwood’and‘Courtalyn’.The field performance of ten species of Forsythia after overwintering was basically consistent with the above ranking results.The results would be used for screening cold-resistant breeding parents and the application of Forsythia in cold area.
