摘 要:通过研究育苗基质配比和容器规格对南京椴(Tilia miqueliana)容器苗生长的影响,筛选出适宜培育南京椴容器苗的基质配比和容器规格,为南京椴容器苗的高效培育提供科学依据。以南京椴芽苗为试验材料,采用双因素(基质配比和容器规格)随机区组试验设计,以草炭、腐熟杨树皮、腐熟鸡肥、珍珠岩为基质材料,设置4种不同的基质配比,按口径和高度选择3种不同规格的无纺布容器。通过对比测定不同处理条件下的苗木生长和光合生理指标,研究基质配比、容器规格以及两者的协同作用对南京椴容器苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:基质配比和容器规格对南京椴容器苗的生长指标、叶片中叶绿素质量分数及光合特性等指标均存在显著影响(P<0.05),且基质配比和容器规格的协同作用对绝大部分指标的影响也达到了显著水平。随着基质中草炭比例的增加、容器规格的增大,南京椴容器苗的苗高、地径、根系生长等指标均呈现逐渐增大的变化趋势。不同基质配比中,V(草炭)∶V(腐熟杨树皮)∶V(腐熟鸡粪)∶V(珍珠岩)=3∶0∶1∶1基质培育苗木理化性质指标表现较好,其培育的苗木苗高、地径、根系体积、叶片中叶绿素质量分数、光合速率等指标值均高于其他基质配比。不同规格容器中,容器口径为10.8 cm、高度为15 cm培育的苗木苗高、地径、根系总体积、一级侧根数等指标值均为最大,同时,该容器培育的苗木叶片中叶绿素a质量分数、叶绿素b质量分数、叶绿素总质量分数、光合速率均为最高值。基质配比(V(草炭)∶V(腐熟杨树皮)∶V(腐熟鸡粪)∶V(珍珠岩)=3∶0∶1∶1)和容器规格(口径为10.8 cm,高度为15 cm)为最佳育苗组合,适宜培育南京椴1年生的容器苗。By studying the effects of substrate composition and container size on the growth of container seedlings of Tilia miqueliana,the optimal substrate composition and container size were screened.A two-factor(substrate composition and container size)random block design was adopted,including four kinds of substrate compositions with peat,poplar skin,organic fertilizer,perlite and three levels of container sizes.By measuring and analyzing the growth and photosynthetic physiological indexes of seedlings under different treatments,the impact of substrate composition,container size and their interaction on the growth and development of T.miqueliana container seedling were investigated.It was found that substrate composition and container size had significant effects on indexes of growth,leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of T.miqueliana seedlings,and their interaction also had significant effects on most indexes(P<0.05).With the increase of peat proportion in substrate and size of container,the seedling height,ground diameter and root growth indexes showed an increasing trend.Under different substrate compositions,G_(1)(V(peat)∶V(poplar skin)∶V(organic fertilizer)∶V(perlite)=3∶0∶1∶1)showed good performance on physicochemical properties.The seedling height,ground diameter,root volume,leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate cultivated of G 1 were the largest.Under different container sizes,the seedling height,ground diameter,total root volume,the number of primary lateral roots of T 3(diameter of 10.8 cm and height 15 cm)were the largest.And the chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,total chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of its leaves were also the largest.In conclusion,substrate composition G 1 and container size T 3 was the best combination for the growth of annual T.miqueliana container seedlings.
