家庭内部时间禀赋代际转移对子代主观幸福感的影响研究

摘　　要：幸福感是个体对时间精力等生命资源配置的效用最大化体验。立足于中国传统家文化背景,从家庭内部时间禀赋资源配置视角切入,基于CFPS2018数据,使用有序Probit模型,探究家庭内部时间禀赋代际转移对子代主观幸福感的影响及作用机制。研究发现,父代向子代转移时间禀赋的隔代抚养显著提升了子代的主观幸福感,子代向父代转移时间禀赋的孝亲敬老显著提升了子代主观幸福感。机制研究发现,父代向子代转移时间禀赋促进了父代向子代的经济代际转移,且该经济代际转移在父代向子代转移时间禀赋对子代幸福感影响效应中存在正向的中介作用;子代向父代转移时间禀赋促进了父代向子代的经济代际转移,且该经济代际转移在子代向父代转移时间禀赋对子代幸福感影响效应中存在正向的中介作用。面对养老、抚幼和幸福感问题,应重视家庭内部资源配置对个体幸福感的影响,为隔代抚养及赡养老人等家庭代际帮扶制定相应的补助政策;在制定新的退休制度时将家庭内部资源配置需求纳入考虑,提高政策的人文性以提升个体的幸福感水平;提高公共照护资源的供给,加强公共托幼服务、完善养老服务体系。Happiness is an experience of maximizing the utility of an individual's allocation of life resources such as time and energy.Based on the cultural background of traditional Chinese families,from the perspective of intra-family time endowment resource allocation,based on CFPS2018 data,the Ordered Probit models are used to explore the influence of intergenerational transfer of time endowment within families on the offspring's subjective well-being.It is found that intergenerational rearing in which time endowment is transferred from parents to children significantly improves the subjective well-being of children,and filial piety and respect for the elderly in which time endowment is transferred from children to parents significantly improves the subjective well-being of children.The mechanism study found that the transfer of time endowment from parents to children promotes the economic intergenerational transfer from parents to children,and the economic intergenerational transfer has a positive mediating effect on the effect of time endowment from parents to children on the happiness of children.The transfer of time endowment from children to parents promotes the economic intergenerational transfer from parents to children,and the economic intergenerational transfer plays a positive mediating role in the effect of time endowment from children to parents on the happiness of children.In the face of the problems of old-age care,child-rearing and happiness,we should pay attention to the impact of the allocation of resources within the family on the happiness of individuals,and formulate corresponding subsidy policies for intergenerational assistance such as intergenerational support and support for the elderly.When formulating a new retirement system,the needs of resource allocation within the family are taken into account,and the humanity of the policy is improved to enhance the happiness level of individuals.Improve the supply of public care resources,strengthen public childcare services,and improve the old-age servi
