摘 要:高速钢传统的热处理分退火、淬火和回火,退火的目的是消除加工应力,为淬火及后期回火做好准备。在真空炉广泛运用之前高速钢的淬火是在盐浴炉中进行的,随着环保要求的提高,现在盐浴炉已经基本淘汰了。淬火后的回火可以获得更高的硬度及减少残奥的作用。通过合理的工艺(退火工艺在淬火的前期的低温加热及保温阶段一并实现),施迈茨真空炉中用8 kg淬火来实现其他炉型中13~15 kg淬火压力才能实现的高速钢淬火工艺。并介绍了施迈茨真空炉的冷却系统及换热器构造。更好地解释了为什么施迈茨真空炉能实现低压力淬火能实现常规高压力淬火的效果。The traditional heat treatment of high speed steel includes annealing,quenching and tempering.The purpose of annealing is to eliminate processing stress and prepare for quenching and tempering.Before vacuum furnace was widely used,quenching of high speed steel was carried out in salt bath furnace.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,salt bath furnace has been basically eliminated.Tempering after quenching can obtain higher hardness and reduce the role of residual austenite.With reasonable process(The annealing process is realized in the early stage of quenching at low temperature heating and holding stage),by 8 bar quenching pressure in Schmetz vacuum furnace can get the same quench effect as by 13~15 bar quenching pressure in other types furnace to high speed stell.The cooling system and heat exchanger structure of Schmetz vacuum furnace are introduced.It can better explain why Schmetz vacuum furnace can achieve low pressure quenching and conventional high pressure quenching effect.
