摘　　要：为改善烧结点火炉点火效果,结合现场工况分析了点火炉炉膛两侧温度分布不均的原因,建立了仿真模型,通过Fluent程序求解计算印证了分析结论,提出了解决方案,在工况生产中取得了良好效果。In order to improve the effect of ignition furnace,the reason of uneven temperature distribution on both sides of ignition furnace was analyzed in combination with the field condition,a simulation model was established,the analysis conclusion was verified by Fluent program,the solution was proposed,good results was achieved in the production.
