摘 要:用SEM、EDS、TEM等检测手段,研究了Cu-0.59Cr-0.23Sn-0.15Zn-0.02Si-0.02Y合金在形变热处理过程中的组织演变和性能变化规律。结果表明:合金铸态组织中粗大的第二相主要为富Cr相,合金化元素Sn、Zn、Si、Y以弥散形式分布于基体中,经热轧、固溶、冷轧、时效、冷轧、退火处理后,合金内部位错塞积更严重,且部分区域的位错具有一定的方向性。纳米级明暗相间的莫尔条纹为bcc-Cr相,与Cu基体的取向为N-W关系,孪晶配合位错与纳米相的缠结强化作用,使合金的硬度和导电率分别为170.9HV_(0.2)、73.49%IACS,抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别为568 MPa和11%。The microstructure evolution and property change of Cu‐0.59Cr‐0.23Sn‐0.15Zn‐0.02Si‐0.02Y alloy during thermomechanical treatment were studied by means of SEM,EDS,TEM and mechanical and electrical properties tests.The results show that the coarse second phase in the as‐cast structure of the alloy is mainly Cr‐rich phase,and the alloying elements Sn,Zn,Si,Y are distributed in the matrix in the form of dispersion.After hot rolling,solid solution,cold rolling,aging,cold rolling and annealing,the dislocation accumulation in the alloy is more serious,and the dislocation in some areas has certain directionality.The moire fringe between the nano‐scale bright and dark phases is bcc‐Cr phase,and its orientation with the Cu matrix is N‐W relationship.The existence of twins and the entanglement and strengthening effect of the nano‐phase make the hardness and conductivity of the alloy 170.9HV_(0.2)and 73.49%IACS respectively,and the tensile strength and elongation after fracture are 568 MPa and 11%respectively.
