摘 要:针对第四代战斗机隐身涂层损伤修复的涂层清洗处理,研究激光清洗工艺对飞机复合材料表面隐身涂层剥离的影响。结果表明:功率对隐身涂层激光清洗效果的影响最高,过大的激光功率不能显著提升复合材料基材表面隐身涂层的清洗效果;4种工艺参数对激光清洗过程的影响从大到小依次为激光功率、扫描次数、扫描速度、脉宽;由优选组与求解组的对比试验,获得适用复合材料基材表面500μm厚度隐身涂层的最优激光清洗工艺参数。This paper focuses on the cleaning treatment of coating during the repairing process of damage of stealth coating for the fourth-generation fighter aircraft,the effect of laser cleaning process on the exfoliation of stealth coating on the surface of aircraft composite materials was studied.The results show that laser power has the greatest influence on the laser cleaning of stealth coating,but too high laser power cannot significantly improve the laser cleaning effect of the stealth coating on the composite surface.The influence of the four process parameters on the laser cleaning process is the laser power,scanning number,scanning speed,pulse width,finally,the optimal laser cleaning process parameters suitable for the stealth coating with a thickness of 500 μm were obtained based on the contrast experiment between the preferred and the solution groups.
