摘  要:用TC4合金进行断裂韧性和不同缺口类型的冲击韧性试验。结果表明:断裂韧性K_(IC)^(2)与冲击韧性a_(k)正相关,U型缺口的冲击韧性分散性小,预测断裂韧性的可靠性更高。测定杂质元素含量发现,H含量与断裂韧性K_(IC)负相关,C、N_(2)、O与断裂韧性无明显关系。The fracture toughness and impact toughness of different notch types of TC4 alloy were tested.The results show that the fracture toughness K_(IC)~2 is positively correlated with the impact toughness a_k,and the impact toughness of U‐notch is less dispersed,and the reliability of predicting fracture toughness is higher.The determination of impurity element content indicates that hydrogen content is negatively correlated with fracture toughness K_(IC),while carbon,nitrogen and oxygen elements have no obvious relationship with fracture toughness.
