基于《中华医典》历代本草文献探讨三焦辨治思路

摘　　要：目的探讨历代本草文献中关于三焦辨治的用药思路,以指导临床辨治用药。方法检索《中华医典》数据库中本草类的全部文献数据,收集整理三焦辨治的本草信息,对纳入本草按中药学药物分类,进行频次统计;以三焦辨治病机要素进行分类统计,列出各类本草的辨治论述。辨析本草辨治相应的病机要素,进行归类分析,从而阐明三焦辨治的本草思路。结果在76部历代本草专著中,共统计出135味本草中药,按中药学药物分类,居前10位的本草分类为清热药、化痰药、补阳药、利水渗湿药、理气药、温里药、解表药、活血药、补气药、泻下药。在以三焦辨治病机要素本草分类中,可划分为火热、痰湿、郁滞、正虚四类病机要素。结论三焦辨治用药以清热药、化痰祛湿药、理气药、补虚药为主,火热、痰湿、郁滞、正虚为三焦辨治用药四大病机要素,符合三焦水道出焉,相火游行,气机转枢,正邪交争的生理功能失调状态。Objective To explore the medication characteristics of Tri-jiao based on syndrome differentiation in herbal literature of past dynasties,so as to guide the clinical medication based on syndrome differentiation.Methods All the literature data of materia medica in the database of Chinese Medical Dictionary were retrieved,and the information of materia medica in Tri-jiao syndrome differentiation and treatment was collected and sorted out.According to the classification of Chinese materia medica,the frequency statistics were carried out.Based on the classification and statistics of the pathogenesis elements of the Tri-jiao,the syndrome differentiation and treatment of various materia medica were listed.Differentiate and analyze the corresponding pathogenesis elements of herbal treatment,classify and analyze them,so as to clarify the herbal thought of Tri-jiao treatment.Results A total of 135 herbal medicines were counted in 76 herbal monographs of past dynasties.According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 10 herbal medicines were heat-clearing herbs,phlegm-resolving herbs,yang-reinforcing herbs,damp-draining diuretic herbs,qi-regulating herbs,interior-warming herbs,exterior-relieving herbs,blood-activating herbs,qi-invigorating herbs,purgative herbs.In the classification of herbal medicine based on the pathogenesis elements of Tri-jiao,it can be divided into four categories of pathogenesis elements:fire-heat,phlegm-dampness,stagnation and healthy qi deficiency.Conclusion The herbs for Tri-jiao syndrome differentiation and treatment are mainly composed of heat-clearing herbs,phlegm-resolving and dampness-eliminating herbs,qi-regulating herbs and deficiency-tonifying herbs,and fire-heat,phlegm-dampness,stagnation and healthy qi deficiency are the four major pathogenesis elements of Tri-jiao syndrome differentiation and treatment,which are in line with the physiological dysfunction state of Tri-jiao water channel outflow,xiang-fire flow,qi mechanism pivot,and healthy qi and pathogenic factors
