医学院校档案管理在信息网络建设中的探索分析

摘　　要：随着近年我国社会经济快速发展,以及网络信息技术也处于快速发展阶段,使医学院档案管理正由传统管理手段,向现代化信息网络管理有所发展。因此,对医学院档案管理而言,也成为全新机遇及挑战。医学院承担医学教学工作,而档案管理作为医学院教学管理及教学工作质量的真实体现,因此,医学院校档案可真实、准确体现教学环节,以此服务教学工作。由此表明,医学院校档案管理质量高低,与医学院教学工作有直接关联。对此,本文着重探讨在信息化网络建设中,医学院校档案管理现状以及相应管理策略,以此优化医学院校档案管理水平。With the rapid development of social economy in recent years,and the network information technology is also in the stage of rapid development,medical college archives management from the traditional means of management,to the modern information network management has developed.Therefore,it also becomes a new opportunity and challenge for the medical school archives management.Medical school undertakes medical teaching work,and archives management as the real embodiment of medical school teaching management and teaching quality,so medical school archives can reflect truly and accurately the teaching links,in order to serve the teaching work.It shows that the quality of archives management in medical colleges is related directly to the teaching work of medical colleges.In this regard,this paper focuses on the information network construction,medical college archives management status quo and corresponding management strategies,in order to optimize the level of medical college archives management.
