摘　　要：在数据驱动业务变革的“互联网+”时代,数据已成为高校的核心资产,通过数据治理推动教育数字化改革已成为必然趋势。文章从高校数据治理的需求和层次出发,以校园信息化建设背景下的数据作为研究基础,针对高校面临的数据标准不一、缺乏数据校验、决策参考价值低等问题进行有效的数据治理,基于数据中台建设符合我院校实际需求的治理体系。以数据中心为核心、以数据标准为参照、以数据整合为服务、以质量检测为手段、以共享开放为目标,构建数据治理的内、外循环,实现数据的资产化管理以及数据治理与应用的融合,从数据源头解决数据质量问题,逐步提升数据质量。In the"Internet+"era of data driven business transformation,data has become the core asset in colleges and universities,and it has become an inevitable trend to promote digitalized education reform through data governance.Proceeding from the needs and levels of university data governance,based on the data in the context of campus informatization construction,effective data governance is carried out against the problems faced on colleges and universities,such as different data standards,for lack of data verification,and low reference value for decision-making.This paper builds a governance system that meets the actual needs of our college under the data middle platform.With the data center as the core,the data standard as the reference,the data integration as the service,the quality detection as the means,and the sharing and opening as the goal,it is to build the internal and external cycle of data governance,realize the asset management of data and the integration of data governance and application,to solve the data quality problem from the data source,and improve the data quality gradually.
