摘　　要：本文从溯源病机入手,阐释病机与经络病机之间的关系,指出认识“经络病机”要以认识“病机”为基础。通过追溯经络病机理论从春秋战国秦汉、晋隋唐、宋金元、明清等时期的理论发展,呈现出经络病机理论随经络理论的发展而不断完善。通过对近现代医家对经络病机的研究,梳理出现代对经络病机学理论传承不足的问题,提出经络病机是针灸理论的重要内容,亟需传承与发展,特别是杨介宾先生经络病机学思想对中医病机理论传承与实践有深远影响,应当借助现代信息技术手段为经络病机要素与逻辑顺理提供新思路新方法。The article analised the relationship between pathogenesis and pathogenesis of Channels and Collaterals is explained by tracing the source of pathogenesis.It is pointed out that the understanding of“Pathogenesis of channels and collaterals”should be based on the understanding of“Pathogenesis”.Through tracing the development of the theory of Meridian pathogenesis in the Spring and Autumn period,Warring States period,Qin and Han dynasties,Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties,song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,Ming and Qing dynasties.It shows that the theory of meridian pathogenesis is constantly improved with the development of the theory of meridian.Based on the study of the pathogenesis of channels and collaterals by modern doctors,this paper combs out the problem of insufficient inheritance of the theory of the pathogenesis of channels and collaterals in modern times,and puts forward that the pathogenesis of channels and collaterals is an important content of the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion,which is in urgent need of inheritance and development.Especially,the theory of Meridian pathogenesis has a profound influence on the inheritance and practice of traditional Chinese medicine theory of pathogenesis.It is necessary to provide new ideas and methods for the elements and logic of Meridian pathogenesis by means of modern information technology.
