出土文献文物视野下的中医导引溯源及其发展特点研究

摘　　要：本文从出土医学文献与文物角度切入,通过与传世古医籍相互印证,探讨导引的内涵和外延;系统地总结了导引与中医之间的关系,指出早在先秦时期导引已纳入医学治病范畴,《诸病源候论》开创辨证导引的先河,将导引法纳入中医学范畴。同时梳理中医导引在不同发展时期的特点以及代表性文物和文献。Daoyin is mainly manifested in the outward form of action,and in the inner form of“Xian Qi”,namely breath cultivation.This paper discusses the connotation and extension of guidance from the perspective of unearthed medical documents and cultural relics and ancient medical books handed down from ancient times.By combing the relationship between guidance and Chinese medicine in different development periods,it is pointed out that guidance and Chinese medicine have been integrated into Daoyin of traditional Chinese medicine.
