摘  要:为研究CuSO 4、青苔净和草甘膦三种投入品对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)抗氧化酶等的影响,参考实际生产中使用浓度,设置对照、CuSO 4(1和2 mg/L)、青苔净(5和10μg/L)和草甘膦(5和10μg/L)实验组,分别在4、8和12 d时测定肝胰腺抗氧化酶类物质[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)]、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、酸/碱性磷酸酶(ACP/AKP)和溶菌酶(LZM)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果显示:三种投入品均造成克氏原螯虾肝胰腺抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、GSH、GPx)活性先升高后降低,T-AOC活性持续下降;青苔净和草甘膦造成GR活性先升高后降低,也造成MDA含量先降低后升高;CuSO 4造成MDA含量先升高后降低;三种投入品处理后期造成磷酸酶(ACP和AKP)活性升高,LZM活性降低。结果表明三种投入品均会造成克氏原螯虾肝胰腺抗氧化防御因子活性水平、磷酸酶活性、MDA含量和LZM活性发生改变,产生氧化应激效应。The activities of SOD,CAT,GR,GSH,T-AOC,GPX,ACP,AKP,LZM and the content of MDA were measured at 4,8 and 12 days respectively to study the effects of CuSO 4,chlorhexidine and glyphosate on antioxidant enzymes of Procambarus clarkii.The control,CuSO 4,chlorhexin and glyphosate test groups were set regarding the concentration used in actual production.The results showed that the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT,GSH,GPX)significantly increased first and then significantly decreased.The activity of T-AOC significantly decreased continuously.Chlorhexidine and glyphosate caused the activity of GR to be increase substantially first and then considerably decrease.Meanwhile,the content of MDA reduced first and then increased.CuSO 4 significantly increased the content of MDA firstly and then decreased.The activity of phosphatase(ACP and AKP)and LZM increased and reduced in the later exposure stage by three kinds of common fishery drugs exposure.P.clarkii resulted in an oxidative stress effect attributed to the change in the hepatic activity of antioxidant defense factors,phosphatase activity,MDA content and LZM activity.
