摘　　要：目的探讨三阶段激励护理对神经母细胞瘤化疗患儿的护理影响。方法选取2017年1月—2021年12月医院收治的80例神经母细胞瘤患儿为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将患儿分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组化疗期间行常规护理,观察组实施三阶段激励护理,比较两组干预前后患儿癌症疲乏感、创伤后成长及患儿生活质量。结果三阶段激励护理干预前,两组癌症疲乏感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组癌症疲乏感评分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三阶段激励护理干预前,两组创伤后成长评分及相关维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组创伤后成长相关维度评分较对照组提升,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三阶段激励护理干预前,两组生活质量相关维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三阶段激励护理能有效减轻儿童神经母细胞瘤化疗患儿身体疲乏感,可促使患儿创伤后成长,提升患儿生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing effect of three-stage motivational nursing on children with neuroblastoma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods To select 80 children with neuroblastoma admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 as the research subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,the children were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care during chemotherapy,while the observation group received three-stage incentive care.Cancer fatigue,post traumatic growth,and quality of life of the children before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before threestage motivational nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the cancer fatigue score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the cancer fatigue score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before threestage motivational nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the score and related dimensions scores of post-traumatic growth between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of dimensions related to post-traumatic growth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before three-stage motivational nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of dimensions related to quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of dimensions related to quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three stage motivational nursing can effectively alleviate physical fatigue in children with neuroblastoma undergoing chemotherapy,promote post-traumatic growth,and improve their quality of l
