摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析评估延续性护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普和中华生物医学文献数据库,搜索有关延续性护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量影响的随机对照试验,检索时间均是自建库至2022年5月1日。由2名研究者独立完成文献筛选、数据提取及质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件对最终所纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入15篇文献,共1659例宫颈癌术后患者。Meta分析结果显示,延续性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的改善具有积极作用,缓解患者术后焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高患者自我护理能力。结论延续性护理可提高宫颈癌术后患者生活质量,改善焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,提高其自我护理能力。Objective To evaluate the impact of continuous care on the quality of life of postoperative cervical cancer patients through meta-analysis as the study subject.Methods A computer search was conducted on Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and China Biomedical Literature Service Database to search for randomized controlled trials on the impact of continuous care on the quality of life of postoperative cervical cancer patients.The search was conducted from the establishment of the database until May 1,2022.Two researchers independently completed literature screening,data extraction,and quality evaluation,and Meta-analysed the fi nal included literature using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 15 articles were ultimately included,with a total of 1,659 postoperative patients with cervical cancer.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the continuous nursing intervention has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of cervical cancer patients after surgery,alleviating postoperative anxiety and depression,and improving patients'self-care ability.Conclusion Continuous care can improve the quality of life,anxiety,and negative emotions of cervical cancer patients after surgery,and enhance their self-care ability.
