摘　　要：本文针对内嵌DC/DC转换器的ARINC 429控制器的功能和参数,总结了ARINC 429控制器关键参数的测试方法。采用某模拟测试系统联合某数字测试系统相结合的组合测试方案,解决了单个测试系统无法测试HI-35XX的难题,为后续解决其它高速总线与接口电路测试问题提供了有效途径。Aiming at the function and parameters of ARINC 429 controller with embedded DC/DC converter,this paper summarizes the test methods of key parameters of ARINC 429 controller.The combination test scheme of one analog test system and one digital test system is adopted to solve the problem that a single test system cannot test HI-35XX,which provides an effective way to solve other high-speed bus and interface circuit test problems in the future.
