摘　　要：我国目前就业存在总量压力和结构性矛盾。居民消费需求不足,部分行业生产经营受到影响,用工需求降低,尤其是从事第三产业的小微企业,基于小微企业本身抗风险能力较弱的因素,当企业经营效益差时,为了节约用工成本,往往会选择降薪、裁员等手段,其中低收入劳动者受影响程度最大,其就业环境持续恶化,拉大了贫富差距。At present,there are still total pressure and structural contradiction in employment in China.The consumption demand of residents is insufficient,the production and operation of some industries are affected,and the employment demand is reduced.Especially for small and micro enterprises engaged in the tertiary industry,based on the weak anti risk ability of small and micro enterprises themselves,when the operating efficiency of enterprises is poor,in order to save employment costs,they often choose to reduce wages,layoffs and other means,of which low-income workers are the most affected,their employment environment continues to deteriorate,widening the gap between the rich and the poor.
