摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)感染家猪、野猪等引起的急性、烈性、出血性传染病,致死率可达100%。ASFV是一种二十面体具备囊膜结构的DNA病毒,其内化过程具备囊膜病毒的特征。本文从ASFV膜蛋白及其功能的角度,总结了膜蛋白参与跨膜和内化的过程,旨在加深对ASFV跨膜和内化的认知,对ASF的防控具有积极作用。African swine fever(ASF)is an acute,severe and hemorrhagic infectious disease caused by ASF virus(ASFV)affecting domestic pigs and wild boars,with a fatality rate of up to 100%.ASFV is an icosahedral DNA virus with envelope structure,and its internalization process has the characteristics of enveloped virus.From the perspective of ASFV membrane protein and its function,this review summarized the transmembrane and internalization processes of ASFV,in order to deepen the understanding of ASFV invasion and internalization,and play a positive role in the prevention and control of ASF.
