摘 要:为明确新乡市某猪场仔猪腹泻的病原菌及其耐药情况,本试验通过细菌鉴别培养基分离培养、革兰染色镜检、生化鉴定和16S rRNA测序,对采集的腹泻死亡仔猪肠道组织进行病原菌的分离、鉴定,并通过小鼠易感性试验对细菌致病性进行分析。同时,对致病菌进行药敏试验分析。结果显示,该分离菌在麦康凯培养基中菌落呈现粉红色,生化鉴定为大肠杆菌,并且对小鼠具有较强的致病能力;药物敏感性试验结果显示,该致病菌对氨曲南、阿米卡星、头孢吡肟、头孢噻肟、头孢西叮、头孢曲松和多黏菌素B敏感,对米诺环素、妥布霉素和头孢呋辛中度敏感,对其余24种药物(除头孢唑林为未确定外)均呈现不同程度的耐药性。结果表明,本试验所分离的病原菌为多重耐药大肠杆菌,具有较强的致病性和耐药性,对猪场存在较大威胁。本试验结果可为畜牧业生产临床用药以及大肠杆菌病的防控提供数据支持。In order to clarify the pathogenic bacteria that caused piglet diarrhea in a pig farm in Xinxiang City and their drug resistance,this study carried out bacterial identification medium isolation and culture,Gram staining microscopy,biochemical identification and 16S rRNA sequencing to isolated and identified the pathogens from intestinal tissues of dead piglets with diarrhea,and analyzed the pathogenicity and drug resistance of the isolated bacteria by mouse susceptibility test and drug susceptibility test.The results showed that the isolated bacteria formed pink colonies in MacConkey medium,were identified biochemically as Escherichia coli,and had strong pathogenicity in mice.Drug sensitivity test revealed that the pathogen was sensitive to aztreonam,amikacin,cefepime,cefotaxime,cefoxitin,ceftriaxone,and polymyxin B,moderately sensitive to minocycline,tobramycin,and cefuroxime,but somewhat resistant to the remaining 24 drugs(except cefazolin,which was unequivocal).Thus,the pathogenic bacteria isolated in this study are multi-drug resistant E.coli,display strong pathogenicity and drug resistance,and pose certain threat to the health of pig farms.These results provide data support for the production of clinical drugs in animal husbandry and for the prevention and control of colibacillosis.
