犬全髋置换术后髋臼杯骨长入情况的临床影像学评价

摘　　要：髋臼杯假体移位是犬全髋关节置换手术中最常见的并发症,为了掌握髋臼杯全髋置换手术后的骨长入情况,本试验收集了10例临床病例,通过骨盆标准侧位和骨盆45°打开股骨内外侧位X线检查进行多孔髋臼杯骨长入论证。结果显示,全部病例的多孔髋臼杯都获得了良好的稳定性和骨长入情况。本试验为犬全髋置换手术术前制定更好的手术计划和术后更好地评估骨长入提供了依据。Acetabular cup prosthesis displacement is the most common complication in total hip arthroplasty in dogs.In order to verify the bone ingrowth after total hip arthroplasty with acetabular cup,this study collected 10 clinical cases,opened the femur from the standard lateral position of the pelvis and 45°of the pelvis,and examined the medial and lateral positions by X-ray to reveal the bone ingrowth of the porous acetabular cup.The results showed that the porous acetabular cups of all cases had good stability and bone ingrowth,which provid a basis for better preoperative planning and better evaluation of bone ingrowth after total hip replacement in dogs.
