民事诉讼视域下宁夏法院司法公信建设的困境与对策

摘　　要：人民法院司法公信建设是社会诚信体系建设的重要一环。近年来,宁夏法院司法公信建设成效显著,但相关工作仍存在一些亟待解决的新病和痼疾。因此,应全力提升智慧法院建设中对人文精神和伦理价值的重视,从严适用虚假诉讼制裁及强制手段并健全联合防范机制,完善裁判文书上网质量监督及信息反馈机制,加快制定人民陪审员选任、参审、管理等配套规定,破解执行难的问题,以全面实现让人民群众在每一个司法案件中都感受到公平正义之目标。The construction of judicial credibility in people’s courts is an important part of the construction of social integrity system.The Ningxia courts have achieved significant results in the construction of judicial credibility through a series of policy measures.However,as a complex system engineering,there are still some new and chronic problems that need to be addressed urgently in the relevant work of Ningxia courts.Therefore,by fully enhancing the importance of hu-manistic spirit and ethical values in the construction of smart courts,strictly applying false litigation sanctions and coercive measures,and improving joint prevention mechanisms,improving the quality supervision and information feedback mecha-nism of judicial documents online,accelerating the formulation of supporting regulations for the selection,participation,and management of people’s assessors,and solving the long-term mechanism of difficult execution,to comprehensively achieve the goal of making the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case.
