摘  要:使用自己的辅助发动机发电的船只将产生严重的污染。推动船舶使用沿海电力技术,可以起到环境保护、节能减排的作用,同时因其具有绿色经济的特点,能为社会层面带来巨大的经济效益。油轮和石化等危险品码头必须注意生产安全,同时高度重视环境保护。本文重点分析了与保持船舶在任何时候的自推进能力、装卸、码头电气设备的处理、防静电和船舶紧急脱离有关的安全关键技术。在工程设计中,合理有效地处理上述问题,对危险品码头的建设和安全生产,将起到至关重要的作用。Serious pollution comes from the vessels that rely on ports and obtain electrical power by using their own generators.Relying on the ports,more ships adopt shore power technology,which will play a role in environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction.Meanwhile,its characteristics of green economy will bring huge economic benefits to the whole society.As for oil tankers,petrochemical and other hazardous-cargo terminals,more attention must be paid to safe production and environmental protection.Some key techniques involving safety are analyzed in detail,such as maintaining self-propelling capability of a ship at any time,loading and unloading,maintenance of electrical equipment at the dock,anti-static electricity and emergency disengagement of the ship.Proper and effective treatment of the above problems has great significance for the construction and operation of hazardous-cargo terminals.
