摘　　要：为了提高桥吊产品的竞争力,同时为了提高产品的用户体验,本文介绍了西门子的WinCC组态软件,并根据实际的桥吊情况,以SIMATIC WinCC软件为开发平台,设计了一套桥吊画面管理系统,实现快速、直观地了解设备各机构的运行状态,实时监控、统计、分析数据。该系统对于国内起重机行业来讲,是一次创新之举,对于桥吊的推广具有重大的意义,与西门子原装的SIMOCRANE系统相比,一台机器可节省15万元人民币成本。In order to improve the competitiveness of gantry crane,and to improve the user experience at the same time.Siemens WinCC software is used to build a set of gantry crane image management system based on the actual situation,which can achieve a quick and intuitive grasp of the status of each mechanism,real-time monitoring,statistics,and analysis of data.This system is an innovation for the crane industry in China,and has great significance in the promotion of equipment.The system will lower RMB150000 yuan in cost compared with Siemens SIMOCRANE system.
