摘 要:近年由于受到厄尔尼诺现象的影响,天津港海域风暴潮频发,风暴潮作用对天津南港工业区B03路基围埝及其掩护区域形成较大威胁,因此有必要对其进行安全论证、提高防护能力。本文从修复加固现有结构和改善外部条件两方面提出临时性修复、半永久性加固、封堵合龙口、半封堵合龙口、龙口新建潜堤五种方案,分析阐述了上述各种方案的优缺点。通过技术经济比选,选定了针对本工程最优的半永久性加固方案,研究成果可以在解决实际问题的同时为以后类似工程的设计提供借鉴。Being influenced by El Nino phenomenon in recent years,Tianjin Port has been invaded frequently by stormy surges,which threaten the cofferdam for subgrade-B03 and its shelter in Tianjin Nangang industrial zone.Therefore,it is necessary to assess its safety and improve its strength in defence.Five plans are put forward from the aspects of reinforced structure being or improved external conditions,which include provisional repair,semi-permanent reinforcing,plugging closure gap,semi-plugging closure gap and submerged dike built around closure gap.And then the advantages and disadvantages of each plan are analyzed and expounded.The comparative study in technique and economy leads to semi-permanent reinforcing plan.The application of research result solves the problems in construction,and guides the design of similar projects in future.
