摘 要:介绍了烃类蒸汽转化制氢装置的反应机理,国内采用自主专有技术建成的单系列规模最大的10万Nm^(3)/h制氢装置的设计、运行及应用情况,以及该装置的工艺及工程特点。分析了装置运行两年来存在的转化气蒸汽发生器结垢、转化炉排烟温度高、以及余热利用不够充分等问题,并提出改造方案。该装置设计采用了较高的转化出入口温度和较低的水碳比,转化炉的设计适应大型化,运行结果表明该装置设备可靠、能耗低、能适应负荷的波动。The reaction mechanism of the hydrogen production unit by hydrocarbon steam conversion as well as the design,operation and application,process and engineering characteristics of the largest domestic single series 100000 Nm^(3)/h hydrogen production unit built by independent proprietary technology were introduced.A reform scheme was proposed based on analyzing the problems in the past two years of operation,which included fouling of the reforming gas steam generator,high temperature of the reformer exhaust gas,and insufficient utilization of waste heat.High conversion inlet temperature and low water-carbon ratio were adopted to the design of hydrogen production unit,and the design of the reformer adapted to the large-scale.The operating results showed that the unit was equipment reliable,low energy consumption,and adaptable to load fluctuations.
