摘 要:通过分析管道运行费用,指出合理制定清管周期可节约管道运行成本,分析了定期清管对提高天然气长输管道输气效率的影响。通过输气效率计算模型,间接得出管道压降规律。对于输气量一定的管道,在已知起点压力的情况下,可通过监控终点压力变化确定管道是否需要进行清管。以东莞支干线为例,计算不同起点压力条件下,管道输气效率下降5%时对应的终点压力,该值即为判断是否需要清管的依据。By analyzing the operation cost of the gas pipeline,it was pointed out that the reasonable establishment of the pigging period could save the operation cost of the pipeline,and the necessity of regular pigging of the pipeline was explained.The influence of regular pigging on improving the gas transmission efficiency of long-distance natural gas pipelines was analyzed.Through the gas transmission efficiency calculation model,the pressure drop law of the pipeline was obtained indirectly.For a pipeline with a certain gas transmission volume,when the starting pressure was known,it can be determined whether the pipeline needed to be pigged by monitoring the change of the ending pressure.Taking the Dongguan branch and trunk line as an example,the corresponding end pressure was calculated when the gas transmission efficiency of the pipeline droped by 5%under different starting pressure conditions.This value was the basis for judging whether pigging was necessary.
