摘 要:以DAIHATSU船用中速6冲程发动机6DL-20为基础搭建一套选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)脱硝工艺中试系统,配备尿素自动添加模块,处理发动机尾气中的NO_(x),通过探究不同工况下的尿素加入量即氨氮比(Ratio of Ammonia to Nitrogen,ANR)得知,在ANR=0.92的情况下,SCR系统能维持90%以上的脱硝效率,氨逃逸低于10 mL/m^(3),NO_(x)加权比排放为0.7 g/kW·h,处理效果优于国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)规定的比排放值2.414 g/kW·h。此外,对中试试验过程中出现的问题进行分析与探讨,提出相应的应对解决方案。Based on DAIHATSU 6DL-20 marine medium-speed engine with 6-stroke,a pilot-scale system of SCR denitrification process was built which equipped with urea auto-adding module to deal with NO_(x) of engine exhaust gas.By exploring the amount of urea addition ANR under different working conditions,it was known that when ANR=0.92,the denitrification efficiency of SCR system could be up to more than 90%,the ammonia escape belowed 10 mL/m^(3),the weighted emission of NO_(x) was 0.7 g/kW·h which was better than IMO limit value 2.414 g/kW·h.In addition,the problems in the pilot test were analyzed and discussed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.
