摘 要:随着人才需求的变化和教育理念的发展,为适应“新工科”时代的新要求,工科专业人才培养模式的改革迫在眉睫。本文基于工程教育认证理念,聚焦学生能力培养,以《高分子化学》课程的改革为例,结合笔者自身的教学体会和课程教学小组的经验积累,阐述了在教学目标确定、教学难点分析、教学模式转变、教学工具运用、教学过程安排、评价体系建立、持续改进机制优化等方面进行的探索与实践。With the change of talent requirement and the development of educational concept,the reform on the talent training modes of engineering majors is pressing to adequate to the new demand in the“Emerging Engineering Education”era.Based on the concept of Engineering Education Accreditation and focused on the ability cultivation of students,the course of Polymer Chemistry was taken as an example,combined with the teaching experience of the author and the experience accumulation of the course teaching group,the exploration and practices on the determination of teaching objective,the analysis of teaching difficulties,the analysis of teaching mode,the application of teaching tools,the arrangement of teaching process,the establishment of evaluation system,the majorization of continuous improvement mechanism were elaborated.
