摘  要:本文选取大尺寸离心压气机为研究对象,将动态压力实验测量与全通道三维数值模拟结合起来研究了进口导叶预旋对压气机叶轮内部流动特征的影响,阐释了近失速工况叶轮叶顶间隙非定常流动的发展机理。首先,0?预旋下近失速工况叶轮前缘会发生峰值频率为343 Hz的宽频谱扰动,不同的导叶预旋能够促进或抑制该非定常扰动的发生;其次,叶顶间隙涡与主叶片吸力面分离流相互作用在叶轮叶片吸力面附近形成低速区,叶顶间隙流是否前缘溢流决定了自激非定常扰动的发生与否。A large-size centrifugal compressor is selected as the research object in this paper.The experimental measurement of dynamic pressure is combined with the whole-annulus numerical simulation to investigate the internal flow characteristics at different inlet pre-swirl condition and elucidate the developing mechanism of the unsteady tip clearance flow at near-stall condition.Firstly,under the pre-swirl angle 0◦,a broadband disturbance with the peak frequency 343 Hz can be captured in the impeller inlet region at near-stall condition.And the inlet pre-swirl flow has a significant influence on the development of such disturbance.Secondly,the interaction of tip clearance vortex and the separated flow near the impeller blade suction side induces the low-speed region.And the occurrence of the self-excited unsteady flow depends on the overflow of tip clearance flow.
