摘 要:针对冀中能源峰峰集团大淑村矿高悬浮物矿井水处理混凝剂投加量大,混凝沉淀效果差等问题,研究了混凝剂种类、絮凝剂种类、混凝次数、混(絮)凝剂投加方式及投加量、反应转速等因素对矿井水悬浮物去除效果的影响。结果表明:最佳混凝剂为PAC,最佳絮凝剂为CPAM,混凝次数为两次,最佳投加方式及投加量为一次投加70 mg/L PAC和0.3 mg/L PAM,二次投加20 mg/L PAC和0.3 mg/L PAM,PAC投加量较常规混凝减少了25%,最佳转速为快搅210 r/min,慢搅60 r/min,最佳条件下出水浊度降到1.39 NTU,浊度去除率可达99%以上。工程应用表明:采用二重混凝沉淀工艺处理高悬浮物矿井水,对悬浮物和浊度的去除效果显著,出水水质稳定达标,节省了部分水资源费和投药成本,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。In view of the large coagulant dosage and poor coagulation and sedimentation effect of high suspended solids mine water treatment in Dashucun Mine,multiple coagulation and sedimentation processes were used to study the effects of coagulant type,flocculant type,coagulation times,coagulant(flocculant)dosing method and dosage,reaction speed and other factors on the removal of suspended matter in mine water.The results showed that the best coagulant was PAC,the best flocculant was CPAM,the coagulation times were twice,the best dosing method and dosage was 70 mg/L PAC and 0.3 mg/L PAM for the first dosing,20 mg/L PAC and 0.3 mg/L PAM for the second dosing,the dosage of PAC was reduced by 25%compared with the conventional coagulation,the best stirring speed was 210 r/min for fast stirring and 60 r/min for slow stirring.Engineering applications show that,the dual coagulation and sedimentation process is effective for high suspended mine water treatment,the removal of suspended solids and turbidity effect is significant,the effluent water quality is stable and up to standard,which saves water resources and agent cost,and provides favorable economic and environmental benefits.
