摘 要:为揭示倾斜煤层中矩形巷道掘进期间的非对称失稳破坏诱因,以硫磺沟煤矿(4-5)06工作面掘进巷道为工程背景,采用“当量半径”理论分析、数值模拟和工业性试验等研究方法,系统分析了倾斜煤层巷道围岩应力分布特征及非对称破坏机理。结果表明:倾斜煤层矩形巷道围岩塑性区呈现出椭圆形分布特征,椭圆长轴与水平面夹角约为20°,且长轴发育范围约为25 m。巷道在未支护下其右顶角及左底角塑性区发育严重,巷道顶板靠右顶角区域垂直位移较大,约为420 mm,靠左底角区域底板水平位移较大,约为380 mm,且巷道右顶角及左底角的变形量明显大于其他区域,导致巷道呈现出明显的非对称变形破坏特征。基于这一特征,提出了“长锚索(杆)补强区”的围岩控制技术,工程应用效果良好。In order to reveal the causes of asymmetric instability and failure during the excavation of rectangular roadways in inclined coal seams,the“equivalent radius”theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial tests were carried out,based on the engineering background of the track entry of the(4-5)06 working face in Liuhuanggou Coal Mine.The stress distribution characteristics and asymmetric failure mechanism of the surrounding rock in the inclined coal seam roadway.The research shows that:the plastic zone of the rectangular roadway surrounding rock in inclined coal seam distributes as an elliptical shape,and the angle between the long axis of the ellipse and the horizontal plane is about 20°,and the long axis development range is about 25 m.Under the unsupported roadway,the plastic zone of the right top corner and the left bottom corner is seriously developed.The vertical displacement of the roadway roof near the right top corner is large,about 420 mm;the horizontal displacement of the bottom plate near the left bottom corner is large,about 380 mm;and the deformation of the right top corner and left bottom corner of the roadway is significantly larger than that of other areas.resulting in obvious asymmetric deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway.Based on this feature,a surrounding rock control technology using long anchor cable(rod)to reinforce the large deformation area,and the application effect is favorable.
