摘 要:为了解决组合式空调机组设计中噪声分析的问题,介绍组合式空调机组各类型噪声指标,总结声音的衰减与叠加公式以及组合式空调机组噪声控制的常用方法;对组合式空调机组噪声进行数学建模,推导机壳辐射噪声、送风口辐射噪声、回风口辐射噪声的预测算法;以组合式空调机组数字化设计选型软件为平台,在Visual Basic 6.0编译环境下将组合式空调机组噪声计算模型用代码实现。利用组合式空调机组噪声计算模型能够在噪声超过限制时提出正确的控制方法,对于组合式空调机组的隔声消声的设计与优化具有重要指导意义。In order to solve the problem of noise analysis in the design of centralstation air handling units,the various types of noise indicators of the central-station air handling units are introduced,the sound attenuation and superposition formulas,and the common noise control methods of central-station air handling units are summarized.The noise of the central-station air handling units is modeled mathematically,and the prediction algorithms for the radiation noise of the cabinet,the radiation noise of the air supply outlet,and the radiation noise of the return air outlet are derived.The noise calculation model of the central-station air handling units is realized by code in Visual Basic 6.0 compilation environment.Using the noise calculation model of the central station air handling units,a correct control method can be put forward when the noise exceeds the limit,which is of great significance for the design and optimization of sound insulation of the central-station air handling units.
