摘  要:空气源热泵热水器的室外机在低温高湿环境下制热运行容易结霜,多排管换热器表现为换热器迎风面结霜严重而背风面几乎无霜,降低了换热效率。本文以一套名义制热量为7.2 kW的静态加热式空气源热泵热水器为研究对象,通过改变风机运转方向,使换热器两面结霜,有效改善了换热器内外表面结霜的厚度,利用结霜初始阶段的换热强化时段提升运行过程的蒸发温度和冷凝温度,使得机组在低温结霜工况下平均制热量提升250 W,性能系数提升5.7%,耗电量减少5.0%,加热时长缩短9 min。The outdoor unit of air source heat pump water heater is easy to frost when operating under low temperature and high humidity environment.The multi-row tube heat exchanger is characterized by severe frost on the windward side and almost no frost on the leeward side,which reduces the heat transfer efficiency.A set of static heating air source heat pump water heater with nominal heating capacity of 7.2 kW is studied.By changing the fan steering,the two sides of the heat exchanger are frosted,so that the frost thickness on the two surfaces of the heat exchanger are effectively improved.The heat transfer enhancement period in the initial stage of frosting is fully utilized to improve the evaporating temperature and condensing temperature during operation,so that the average heating capacity of the unit increases by 250 W,the COP increases by 5.7%,the power consumption is reduced by 5.0%,and the heating period is shortened by 9 min under low temperature frosting condition.
