摘 要:针对一些专业技术人员对降膜式蒸发器在制冷空调领域应用价值的质疑进行分析。首先,对影响满液式蒸发器换热性能的主要因素进行分析,指出由于结构的局限,满液式蒸发器的传热系数较换热管在纯沸腾状态下的传热系数会有一定程度的衰减;其次,通过阐述笔者的降膜式蒸发器研发思路,提出降膜式蒸发器的传热系数理论上可接近换热管在纯沸腾状态下的传热系数;然后,对实际工程中应用的降膜式蒸发器的传热系数与满液式蒸发器无太大差异的原因进行分析,指出降膜式蒸发器实际性能不佳通常为布液器布液不均所致;最后,通过分析指出降膜式蒸发器的最重要优点是不容易出气带液且易于回油,并通过其在3个极限工况的技术优势阐述降膜式蒸发器对于制冷空调系统运行稳定性和可靠性的贡献。Some professionals'doubts about the application value of flling film evaporator in refrigeration and air-conditioning field are discussed.Firstly,the main factors affecting the heat transfer performance of flooded evaporator are analyzed,and it is pointed that due to the structure limitation,the heat transfer coefficient of flooded evaporator will have a certain degree of attenuation compared with that of heat exchange tube in the pure boiling state.Secondly,it is proposed that the heat transfer coefficient of flling film evaporator can theoretically approach the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchange tube in the pure boiling state by elaborating author's research and development idea about flling film evaporator.Then,the reason why the heat transfer coefficient of falling film evaporator applied to the actual project is not much different from that of flooded evaporator is analyzed,and the conclusion is that the poor performance of falling film evaporator is generally caused by the uneven liquid distribution of liquid distributor.Finally,through analysis,it is pointed out that the most important advantage of falling film evaporator is that it is not easy to outgassing carrying droplets and easy to return oil,and its contribution to the stability and reliability of refrigeration and air-conditioning system operation is described through its technical advantages under three extreme conditions.
