摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦片对老年冠心病患者心功能和脑利钠肽水平的影响,为患者的预后提供科学依据。方法以2020年1月—2021年12月收治的98例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采取氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,比较两组患者功能指标,炎性因子以及血清NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平。结果治疗后,观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD和LVESD低于对照组,6MwD高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组NT-proBNP、hs-CRP均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年冠心病患者采取沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗能够促进其心功能的正常工作,减缓炎症因子的发展。Objective To investigate the effects of Sakobactri Valsartan tablets on cardiac function and brain natriuretic peptide levels in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and to provide scientific basis for the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with Sakobactril Valsartan on the basis of the control group.The functional indicators,inflammatory factors and serum NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group LVEF was higher than the control group,LVEDD and LVESD were lower than the control group,6MwD was much higher than the control group(P<0.05).IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-αdecreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with coronary heart disease,the treatment of Sakobactril Valsartan can promote the normal work of heart function and slow down the development of inflammatory factors.
