摘 要:目的探讨顺尔宁联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效及对患儿肺功能的影响。方法2018年1月—2021年12月,将收治的60例小儿哮喘作为研究对象,电脑双盲法分为2组,每组30例,将布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的患者作为对照组,在此基础上增加顺尔宁治疗的患者作为观察组,评价两组患儿的临床疗效,记录症状消退时间及住院时间,测定治疗前、治疗后患儿的肺功能指标、炎症因子、免疫功能指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05)。观察组退热、止咳、喘息及湿啰音等症状消失时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组呼吸功能指标FEV1、PEF、FVC、FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IFN-γ高于对照组,hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-17显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)显著高于对照组,观察组CD_(8)^(+)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘治疗中采取顺尔宁联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可促使患儿有效改善肺功能,促使症状快速消退,减轻躯体不适,并抑制炎症反应,改善免疫功能,获得确切的疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Singulair and Budesonide atomization inhalation on pediatric asthma and pulmonary function.Methods 60 cases of pediatric asthma admitted from January 2018 to December 2021 were divided into 2 groups with computer double blind method,30 cases in each.The control group were treated with Budesonide atomization inhalation,and the observation group took Singulair and Budesonide atomization inhalation treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy,record symptoms subsided and hospital time,and measure the pulmonary function index before treatment and after treatment.Results The total treatment response rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group by 76.67%(P<0.05).The disappearance time of the symptoms such as fever withdrawal,cough suppression,wheezing and wet rales and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory function indexes of FEV1,PEF,FVC,and FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IFN-γwas higher in the observation group than in the control group,and hs-CRP,TNF-α,and IL-17 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)were significantly higher than the control group,and CD_(8)^(+)was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Singulair and Budesonide in pediatric asthma treatment can promote the rapid resolution of cough and wheezing,further improve lung function,inhibit inflammatory response,improve immune function,and obtain a definite curative effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
