摘　　要：以美国为研究对象,利用行业层面的面板数据,考察了美国及其主要经济伙伴投资壁垒强度对美国产业内投资的影响。研究发现:母国和东道国投资的综合投资壁垒强度对产业内投资有显著影响,综合投资壁垒强度越高,产业内投资水平越低;美国与主要经济伙伴的投资壁垒不对等程度对产业内投资也具有显著影响,对内对外壁垒差距越大,产业内投资水平越低;在壁垒不对等对产业内投资的影响机制中,美国经济发展水平发挥着正向调节效应;综合投资壁垒和壁垒不对等水平对产业内投资的影响程度因技术密集度的不同而不同。基于上述结论,对如何推动我国产业内投资发展,实现高质量“引进来”和高水平“走出去”提出了建议。Based on a case study of the United States,this paper uses the industry-level panel data to explore the impact of investment barrier intensity in the United States and its major economic partners on intra-industry investment in the United States.The results show that the comprehensive investment barrier intensity in home country and host country has a significant impact on intra-industry investment,and the higher the comprehensive investment barrier intensity,the lower the level of intra-industry investment.The inequality of investment barrier between the United States and its major economic partners also has a significant impact on intra-industry investment,and the greater the gap between internal barrier and external barrier,the lower the level of intra-industry investment.In the mechanism of the impact of unequal barrier on intra-industry investment,the level of economic development in the United States has a positive moderating effect.The impact of comprehensive investment barrier and unequal level of barrier on intra-industry investment varies with technology intensity.Based on the above conclusions,it puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of China’s intra-industry investment and achieve high-quality"bringing-in"and high-level"going-out".
