摘　　要：呼和浩特局集团公司主要运输通道持续高位运转,列车接近满图运行,挖潜增量的难度较大。减少超限超重货物列车对运输秩序的影响,同时保证此类货物的运输时限,合理处理运输安全与效率效益间的关系显得尤为重要。通过阐述呼和浩特局集团公司超限超重货物运输调度组织现状,从调度组织水平、信息化程度、规章制度、队伍建设等方面,剖析存在的问题,提出超限超重货物运输调度组织优化对策,即强化调度组织水平、提高信息化程度、完善规章制度、提高人员素质,从而提高超限超重货物运输效率,进一步适应现代铁路运输生产的需要,更好地完成超限超重货物运输任务。The main transport channels of China Railway Hohhot Group continue to operate at a high level,and the number of operating trains reaches the limit of the train working diagram,so it is difficult to tap potential increment.How to reduce the influence of the train with oversized and overweight goods on the transportation order,ensure the transportation time limit of these goods,and reasonably handle the relationship among transportation safety,efficiency,and benefit is particularly important.By expounding the current situation of the transportation scheduling organization of oversized and overweight goods of China Railway Hohhot Group,this paper analyzed the existing problems from the aspects of scheduling organization level,informatization level,rules and regulations,and team construction and put forward optimization countermeasures for the transportation scheduling organization of oversized and overweight goods,namely,strengthening scheduling organization level,enhancing informatization level,perfecting rules and regulations,and improving personnel quality.In this way,the transportation efficiency of oversized and overweight goods can be enhanced,so as to further adapt to the needs of modern railway transportation and production and better fulfill the task of transporting oversized and overweight goods.
