摘 要:转向轴作为安装在汽车驾驶舱的关键转向零部件之一,其NVH特性表现直接影响驾驶的舒适性。针对某乘用车管柱电动助力转向轴产生的黏滑噪声问题,通过对噪声车辆的NVH数据采集分析,确定了噪声源。对转向轴进行拆解分析,并结合黏滑摩擦的理论和仿真模拟确认了转向轴产生黏滑噪声的根本原因。通过对转向轴外管加工工艺优化的手段改善了零件工作表面状态,并通过对路试车辆路谱的采集转化设计了黏滑噪声试验台架参数。优化后的转向轴通过模拟台架试验验证、整车路试验证及售后市场数据跟踪统计,彻底解决了转向轴黏滑噪声的问题。As one of the key steering components assembly in the passenger room of the vehicle,the NVH performance of the steering shaft directly affects the driving comfort.Aiming at the stick-slip noise generated by the electric power steering shaft of a passenger car,the noise source was identified by the NVH data acquisition and analysis of the noise vehicle.The steering shaft was disassembled and analyzed,and the stick-slip noise root cause of the steering shaft was confirmed by combining the theory and simulation of stick-slip friction.The working surface condition of the parts was improved by optimizing the processing technology of the outer tube of the steering shaft,and the parameters of the stick-slip noise test bench were designed by collecting and transforming the road spectrum of the road test vehicle.The optimized steering shaft thoroughly solves the problem of stick-slip noise of steering shaft through simulation bench test verification,vehicle road test certificate and after-sales market data tracking statistics.
